Globe Metal Adds 35 Years of Technical, Manufacturing, Commercial and International Industry Experience With One Appointment.

Globe Metal Recycling is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Comerford to its Advisory Board.  “We are excited to have Mark join our board,” said Jeff Solomon, CEO and founder of Globe Metal.  “He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the metals business and will be instrumental in our future growth and acquisition plans.”

Mark Comerford currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Global Advanced Metals Pty Ltd., a miner and manufacturer of Tantalum and Niobium. In October of 2018, Mr. Comerford retired from his role as President & CEO and Director of Haynes International Inc. (NASDAQ: HAYN), a manufacturer of Nickel and Cobalt alloys primarily used in the aerospace, energy, and chemical industries. Prior to joining Haynes, Mr. Comerford served as President of Materion’s (NYSE: MTRN) Alloy and International divisions.  He holds a BS in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Canisius College. Mr. Comerford brings over 35 years of experience in technical, manufacturing, commercial, and international experience to his advisory role with Globe Metal Recycling Inc.
